The San Fernando Valley has changed over the years from farms and citrus groves to ranches, housing tracts, strip malls, and lots of people in between. About 2 million to date, which would make “The Valley” the fifth largest city in the U.S.

The Valley covers cities such as Calabasas on the west end, San Fernando on the north eastern side, Burbank and Glendale on the eastern edges. In between, is part of the city of Los Angeles with includes dozens of cities.

The Valley residents today are rich with diversity. A resident of Los Angeles or the valley, embraces diversity and enjoys the many benefits it provides. From places to worship to ethnic cuisine which will fulfill any taste buds, to celebrations of annual events and holidays. These are some of the many reasons this place is so special.

The Wild West still shows it roots with homes, estates and ranch property in areas such as Chatsworth, Calabasas, Toluca Lake, Sunland, Tujunga, and Lakeview Terrace.  Spanish-style and modern estates pepper south of the blvd,” which is known as Ventura Blvd. in areas from Calabasas all the way to Studio City.
